Have you ever wondered why the Bible doesn’t just talk about how to follow Jesus as an individual, but mainly speaks to helping Christians follow Jesus together as a group? In a culture that prioritizes self-sufficiency and independence above almost anything else, it can be easy to see the Christian life as a lone endeavor. Yet, the Bible most often talks about Christian living as that which is expressed in the life of the church.
Being the Church is a four week class designed to help us have a better understanding of, and appreciation for the corporate practices of the church. This class will also help you know how to grow in valuing and participating in the life of the church for the sake of your growth, and the growth of others.
